 'The Human Story - The Chosen' (Part 1 of 3)
 It is 2026 and the world has changed since I last posted on Blogger. How is it changed one may ask? The world is collectively holding its breath. We are not sure what tomorrow's headlines will look like. We are not sure about how many more thousands will be massacred than what we read about yesterday. The world wakes up every day anticipating that the violence we saw yesterday would somehow be explained away. But it just gets worse. The lies that were told yesterday is the truth that we read about today. Social media headlines scream at us, entice us, lie to us, promise us, inform us. The truth that we hold as self evident is denied by those over us. Once a government was thought to protect its people and to provide them with the resources for them to survive and thrive. This no longer is true. Our freedom to speak is being eroded every day...and we are told that this is to keep us safe. 

At this stage, one may wonder what that expression, 'keeping us safe' means. And then the numbness sets in and we are overwhelmed with the loss of freedom, grief over the humans around the world whose lives are cut short through violent ideology...and we wonder if there is hope?

Can I contrast this slightly depressing (some may say, very depressing) message with one of glorious hope. Jesus is coming back. If you are not a believer in Jesus, you might wonder what I am talking about. Jesus, our Redeemer, Saviour and Lord is returning to earth. Jesus spoke about the signs of His coming and many people see those signs happening around the world today. He is coming to end the misery, violence, lies and hopelessness. He is coming to judge evil. He wants you with Him when He comes. Make this year, 2026, the year that you accept the invitation to believe in Jesus...

...and if you do, 2026 will be the most incredible, beautiful year ever!!

What Remains.

Dawnian Productions has just uploaded our latest video, 'What Remains' on YouTube. The topic of this video is something many people are currently asking, the 'What will remain...' questions. What if one lost everything, what would remain in one's life that would give it purpose? When one loses capacity as one gets older, what remains? What remains when a family tragically loses a child? What remains when one's status and wealth are gone? What remains when one is no longer needed? What remains when one is left alone? What remains when one loses one's Christian faith? There is so much 'human wreckage' surrounding these conundrums and so much to reflect upon.  'What Remains' is a video that explores this in a post apocalyptic context and poses the answer to that question, 'What remains...' I pray that you will build into your life, things that will remain, based on a God who is eternal.
